Protocol Education are working with a secondary school in Hartlepool who are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a KS3 student on a full-time, long-term basis. This role is ideal for a caring, patient, and proactive individual who can provide tailored support in a school setting.

Requirements:

MUST be available full-time and long-term.
MUST have a Child-Only DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.
Experience with Autism and SEMH is a plus.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 support to a KS3 student, ensuring engagement and progress.
Assist in managing behaviour and supporting emotional regulation.
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement support strategies.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
