Your Role:
As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide Individualised Support: Work closely with students to implement tailored education plans and behaviour strategies.
- Assist with Development: Support academic tasks, personal care, and social skills to help students thrive in all areas of life.
- Collaborate for Success: Work with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure students receive holistic, consistent support.
- Manage Challenging Behaviours: Use your expertise in behaviour management to create a safe, positive learning environment.
What You Bring to the Table:

Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (or equivalent).
- Level 3 qualification or training in behaviour management techniques is a bonus!

Experience:
- Prior experience working with individuals with SEN and challenging behaviours is essential.
