We’re searching for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work closely with a child with SEN (Special Educational Needs) at a warm and welcoming primary school in Harlow. If you’re patient, compassionate, and eager to make a difference, this could be your next role!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide individualised support to a child with SEN, helping them thrive in their learning and daily activities.
  • Build a strong relationship that fosters confidence and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to meet the child’s needs.
  • Maintain a positive, flexible approach to support their progress.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children (especially those with SEN) is highly beneficial!
  • A caring, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
