We’re searching for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work closely with a child with SEN (Special Educational Needs) at a warm and welcoming primary school in Harlow. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide individualised support to a child with SEN, helping them thrive in their learning and daily activities.
- Build a strong relationship that fosters confidence and independence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents to meet the child’s needs.
- Maintain a positive, flexible approach to support their progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children (especially those with SEN) is highly beneficial!
- A caring, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
