Job Duties:

1. Delivering high-quality teaching to primary school students across various subjects. 2. Implementing lesson plans effectively and adapting to students' varying needs. 3. Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. 4. Assessing and evaluating student progress to provide constructive feedback. 5. Collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. 6. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe learning environment.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). - Enhanced DBS check. - Relevant experience working with primary school students. - Strong communication and organisational skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Thorough understanding of the primary school curriculum. - Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities. - Proficient in classroom management techniques. - Strong IT skills for lesson planning and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Education. - Specialisation in a specific subject area. - Experience with SEN students.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time hours with occasional overtime. - Fast-paced and dynamic classroom environment. - Potential travel to different schools within the region. - Collaboration with other teachers and staff members.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
