We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Hounslow, where you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive. If you’re enthusiastic about education and have a Level 2 or 3 Teaching and Learning Support qualification, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and preparing materials.
  • One-on-One Assistance: Provide personalized support to students, especially those with special educational needs.
  • Behavior Management: Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Specialized Support: Use your skills to support students with dyslexia, ASD, ADHD, and more.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualifications: Teaching and Learning Support Level 2 or 3 is required.
  • Specialized Skills (desirable but not essential):
    • British Sign Language
    • Dyslexia support experience
    • Strong behavior management skills
    • Experience working with students with ASD and ADHD
