Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum.
- Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential through innovative teaching methods.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continued development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil success.
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in events, activities, and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching KS2.
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and inspire pupils.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
