Job Duties:

Required Qualifications:

Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification, Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

Education:

Relevant teaching assistant qualifications.

Experience:

Experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong classroom support skills.
  • Ability to lead small groups or whole-class lessons confidently.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative teamwork abilities.
  • Understanding of inclusive education practises.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional relevant qualifications in education or child development.
