Do you have administrative experience and are looking for a new opportunity within education? Protocol Education are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual for an administration role in a Secondary School in Stockton-on-Tees.

Position: School Administrator

Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Job Description:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
  • Be the first point of contact for parents and school visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Manage the school’s database and filing system.
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation.
  • Assist with the coordination of school events, meetings, and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience working within an administrative role (required).
  • Must be local to the Teesside area. Driver (preferred)
  • Experience working with children (preferred).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
