What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing lessons that make young learners sit up, smile, and say, “Can we do that again?”

  • Creating a classroom where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

  • Working hand-in-hand with support staff to bring learning to life for all pupils.

  • Keeping a close eye on progress, helping every learner grow with tailored support.

What we’re looking for:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✔ A creative mindset and classroom energy to match
✔ Experience supporting pupils with additional needs like Autism or ADHD
✔ A big heart, a sharp eye, and a team-player attitude
