Are you a dedicated and passionate educator looking to make a positive impact on young learners? Protocol Education are currently seeking a dynamic Year 4 Primary School Teacher to join our team in the vibrant community of Harrow, London.

Position Overview: As a Year 4 Primary School Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students, fostering their intellectual curiosity, creativity, and confidence. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and creating a positive classroom culture that promotes collaboration, resilience, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver inspiring and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum, taking into account the diverse needs and abilities of all learners.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
  • Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate active learning, critical thinking, and independent inquiry.
  • Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development and well-being of all students.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, establishing clear expectations for behavior, engagement, and academic achievement.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider life of the school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to collaborate and innovate in response to the needs of students and the school community.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
