Core Subject Tutor

Protocol Education are seeking confident and compassionate tutors to support children from Primary to GCSE level with core subject knowledge. This will include Maths, Science and English with the possibility of languages and humanities (depending on your subject knowledge). This can be done in-school, on-line or as a mixture of both.

The school’s aim is to teach an engaging curriculum that is locally based, and child led focussing on improving enjoyment and achievement whilst delivering continuous high-quality teaching in order to close gaps in Reading, Writing and Maths particularly for their disadvantaged pupils.

Requirements:

  • Be a Qualified Teacher in the subject/phase, an experienced Teaching Assistant or hold a degree level qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Have a minimum of six months tutoring or teaching / intervention /SEND experience with excellent references.
  • Be committed, pre tutoring meeting, planning, and reporting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
